It's never too soon to start talking careers!

I am a certified Morrisby Assessment Practitioner and Career Guidance Counsellor and selected this particular assessment because of its reputation as one of the world’s leading career-based assessments for learners. It uncovers strengths and preferences and suggests best careers based on the results.

The Assessment is conducted online at the student’s convenience (approximately 100 minutes duration). I then interpret these results and assist with shortlisting suitable careers and the required school subjects, presenting my findings to the student a couple of days at an online or in-person career consultation.

I spend time explaining the careers indicated because of course, at this age, many students don't understand what the different careers entail or what it takes to select tertiary studies. 

Circling back to subject choice at the end of the consultation, the focus is on selecting subject choices based on admission requirements for tertiary education, interests, strengths and workload to ensure the best possible Grade 11 overall score.
